Transparency ​

I strive to be transparent with everyone I work with. It is important they know I can be trusted. When trust is there work gets done. 

Deliverable Promises

It is my job to get music in front of as many people as possible. I try to form achievable goals for steady growth instead of painting a false reality. 

Respect

Being hired somewhere is a sign of respect. Through my loyalty and hard work I hope to reciprocate that same sentiment. 

Pursuit of Excellence 

When presented with a goal I struggle to think about other things. I’d prefer to obsess over something and it be executed at the highest level than to mail it at the last minute. 

Saying No

When forming connections or taking on new clients I have to consider whether I believe I’m the right person for them. It’s better to pass on something than to force it with something I don’t believe in. 

Willingness to Listen 

All voices should be heard. The best ideas come when collaboration occurs. 

Speaking Up 

If I see something wrong I am going to say something. Creating a safe space allows for a free conversation where work can be accomplished. 

Conclusion

I am passionate about what I do, and I’m lucky to get to work with people who are just as passionate about their craft. I know I can’t do my job well if trust doesn’t exist, and through these values I work to build that trust.
